Insurance vs. Private Pay:

My private pay rate is $175/session and I provide a sliding scale when appropriate.

It is important to me that therapy is accessible. For many, if not most people, that means using insurance benefits. If you choose to use insurance, please be advised that all coverage requires a diagnosis and reporting to prove medical necessity and ongoing progress. Additionally, it can be disruptive to your clinical journey if your insurance coverage changes due to a job transition (by you, a parent, or a spouse) or if you age out of a parent’s plan.

While using an insurance plan can be very cost effective and increase access of therapy, for those who value privacy and flexibility, paying independently is your best option.
