Insurance vs. Private Pay:

My private pay rate is $175/session and I provide a sliding scale when appropriate.

While using an insurance plan can be very cost effective and increase access of therapy for many, for those who value privacy and flexibility, paying independently is your best option. It is disruptive to your clinical journey if you or your spouse change jobs or you age out of your parent’s coverage.
