Insurance vs. Private Pay:

My private pay rate is $175/session and I provide a sliding scale when appropriate.

It is important to me that therapy is accessible. For many if not most, that means using insurance benefits. For those who use insurance, please be advised that using any insurance coverage requires a diagnosis and reporting that proves medical necessity and progress. It is also disruptive to your clinical journey if you or your spouse change jobs impacting your coverage or you age out of your parent’s coverage.

While using an insurance plan can be very cost effective and increase access of therapy, for those who value privacy and flexibility, paying independently is your best option.
